Final 2014 Water Quality Assessment Guidance Manual The 2014 federal 305(b)/303(d) assessment methodology guidance remains largely unchanged, however there are changes to state guidance for Virginia that reflect the addition of a refined Virginia Coastal Plain Macroinvertebrate Index, updated language for bacteria data assessment, and the addition of a new Virginia subcategory 4D.
